This document sets out the terms that apply to everyone who uses Casinos-payments.com. Reading a page here means accepting them. They are short because this site is an information service: there is no account to open, no balance to hold and no bet to place with us.

What This Site Is

Casinos-payments.com publishes comparisons of casino payment methods and of the operators that accept them. We are not a gambling operator, we are not an agent of one, and we do not take deposits, hold funds or run games. Any contract you enter when you register at a casino is between you and that operator, under that operator's terms, and we are not a party to it.

Content on this site is aimed at adults. Access is for users of 18 or over, and of 21 or over in Belgium and Greece. Readers are responsible for knowing whether online gambling is lawful where they live and whether a particular operator accepts them, because both vary by country and change over time.

The Affiliate Relationship

Some links on this site are affiliate links. If a reader registers or deposits through one, the operator may pay us a commission, at no additional cost to the reader. That arrangement funds the site. It does not decide our rankings, which follow the published scoring model on the How We Rate page, and it does not apply to every casino we name: operators we have no agreement with appear as editorial mentions without a link.

Accuracy and Its Limits

Payment limits, processing times, wagering requirements and licence details are recorded as we verified them, and operators change all of them without telling anybody. Figures on this site are therefore a reference point rather than a promise, and the operator's own cashier and terms pages are always the authority. Where we are wrong we correct it, and we would rather be told than left to find out.

Nothing here is legal, financial or tax advice. We publish no guarantee of winnings, and no strategy on this site changes the mathematics of a casino game.

Using Our Content

The text, tables, scoring model and page structure on this domain belong to us. Quoting a short extract with a link back is fine and welcome. Republishing a page, a table or a scoring rubric in whole or in substantial part is not, and neither is scraping the site to rebuild it elsewhere. Operator logos and payment brand marks belong to their owners and appear here for identification only.

We link to regulators, helplines and operator sites. Once you follow a link you are on somebody else's site, under their terms and their privacy policy, and we have no control over what they publish or how they handle your data.

Changes, Complaints and Law

These terms can change, and the current version is always the one on this page. A complaint about a casino belongs first with that casino's support team and then with the authority that licensed it, since the operators we cover are licensed outside Great Britain and the Gambling Commission cannot act on their behalf. English law governs these terms and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
